Adrian: Nope, definitely not part of the IM niche. The IM niche disgusts me to no end (sorta why it took me about 6 years to bring myself to start this blog).

It’s actually not part of the tech/internet niche at all, really. Although, the way I’m going to do it, the site will still appeal to that niche (this is really the key to getting non-tech/internet stuff to go viral, as it is that niche and those people who truly make things go viral).

You know I thought I knew the niche the whole time I was reading your post until I read you going to do some research which made me lost. Anyway, I hope everything works out for you in this new niche.
